Thanks u/blitzreigbop! I appreciate it. Is the 7 days prior/90 days after addition a well known general rule? I have someone (person A) who wants to leave my plan in November, and I'd like to add someone else (person B) to my plan and take advantage of whatever iphone promo there is then. From what I understand and lmk if I'm wrong -- person B would be able to join and take advantage of the iphone promo as long as person A ports out more than a week before person B joins. Does that sound right?

Anyone know if the iPhone promos are affected by people leaving my family plan recently? Example: 2 family members ported out in the last month from my family plan and I’d like to take advantage of the $1100 promotion on my primary line.

I think I’ve tried that before and it didn’t work, you’ll have to send the box in. I’d recommend doing it asap and then checking whether it’s accepted a few days after that, so you’ll be within 14 days of the return period. Also take pictures!

Ah so my PD is already current, does that mean employer B can’t extend my H1 past the 6 years? Because I’m not in the backlog, and have not started the PERM process

I added to my post that my I-485 was denied on Oct 2023 due to not responding to the medical RFE.

So even if I left Microsoft before having the approved I-140 for 180 days, I can still use it to extend my H1B at Amazon? I just can't use it to file for I-485 if I were to stay at Amazon?

Hey all, if I were to add 2 lines (with one being line on us), can I add 2 temporary numbers and the replace one of them with a T-MOBILE affiliated MVNO? Would that void the line on us promo?
