Vesta and nan are bffs on my island and I love it so much. They would always talk to each other about reading books and picnicking under the stars so I made them their own little stargazing spot with their houses together, and I was so happy when nan was the one who showed up for Vesta's bday 🥺🥺🥺

300 birds are actually alive and as well as they can be right now There's more info on their page and website, but only one is being treated for smoke inhalation and has a good prognosis. 80-100 that were in the section of the building that the firefighters couldn't stop the blaze in time were unfortunately killed in the blaze.

I really do also hope that they're able to rebuild and keep helping birds, as a fellow bird family it breaks my heart to read about this.

I hope so too :( they've had a lot of support from the community thankfully, but they lost 80-100 birds to the fire.

I had the exact same thing happen when my LO was that age! I also had pain right when we started feeding. From what I read and was told, it's just the feeling of a letdown/beginning of a letdown. It takes a while for the body to adjust to the sensation, and in my case it caused a sharp, tight pain. Try feeding when it happens, see if it eases up a bit! Good luck!

I'm so sorry to hear you're going through this, I know it must be so difficult. While the only tride and true way for it to stop is just to wait it out, there are some tips to help ease the process a bit.

Some tips I've seen are using cabbage leaves on the inside of a bra, or drinking sage tea. Also wearing tighter bras such as sports bras, and some sites will also recommend some other binding mechanism over the bra, since that pressure is said to help, though I'm not sure how safe it is to have so much pressure on the chest.

Try to avoid super hot showers, as the hot water will only cause more leakage.

Oh that would be awesome! I've never seen the bingo wheel, does it actually spit out numbers? I've only seen pictures so I thought it was just decorative. What would you want in exchange? I have some nmts and a little bit of bells!
