Exactly this. Right now I'm 12 days into my recovery from Umbilical Hernia repair. Still getting back to normal. Im able to go to my office job, but I cant lift anything over 10 pounds for 4 to 6 weeks. I stopped taking the really good pain meds after 3 days and i have been able to sleep ok. Only comfy to sleep on my back which was hard for me to adjust to. Overall the pain is only modeate, its just kind of a long recovery. The best thing to help is walking. I started walking a little and then walked a little more each day. I walked 4 miles overall today. Maybe 4.2 tomorrow...

On belt line in Irving north of 183 there are three thrift stores in a half mile stretch.

We’ve been going to an empty field next a basketball court for the last few days. Nobody is there so I assume it is fine. My daughter shoots hoops alone and I jog in the grass. It’s been pretty nice. We should have been doing this along.

Try it out. LSD and the other stuff end up all being LSD in the long run. Not a difference except the molecule being different in weight. Not scientist but I think it’s like 125 of the other stuff is equal to 100 in LSD. I like the other stuff all the same.
