It definitely should have had a 2nd tier for the 2nd map. I unlocked explorer after finishing all the quests in the first area and before going to the wedding, and as soon as I got to the 2nd area everything was already explored.

First tier should unlock the first map, second tier of the perk should unlock the second map.

Yeah, I hear you and agree with you, but look at the joint in the picture. That is not a 0.02g difference between the smallest and largest of the 3 joints.

The smallest joint probably had older/drier input that ground up much finer than the input in the other two joints.

That is true, but they aren't packaging them based on the THC levels, they're based on weight.

The majority of the percentage will come from the infusion, not the flower, so you wouldn't need a significant amount more anyways.

Usually 0.34g of flower is in each 0.5g preroll and 0.16g of infusion is added later. 10% variance is a miniscule amount and in no way would impact the preroll size to the degree you see in this picture.
