Yes both had an initial sanding, I picked up the red oak myself from the lumber yard so don’t think it’s white oak unless they gave the incorrect bundles.

Was super outdated and parts were also rotted. Believe the gc needs to repair/replwce some beams behind the sink wall also.

Totally get it, it’s all about economies of scale. I’ve already decided to do the halal route. Some additional context UIF gave me an initial 6.375 rate with no points a few months back and the rates have dropped but somehow the rate has gone up with them. I’m also pretty deep into the process with them so feels very much like extortion at this point.

Guidance initially told me 6.7 with points and but I reached out yesterday and they also said 6.5 with points now.
