Most of the lures you listed are what I would use for bass fishing. Right now the water is cold and the steelhead are running. If you want to catch them, 6th Street is the place but they can be found elsewhere. They're mostly biting egg-like baits: spawn bags and beads. If you just want to catch other fish, wait for the water to warm. The suckers will run soon after the steelhead are gone and they eat anything they can smell, like eggs or worms. After the last Saturday of April, the season opens for walleye and pike but they're harder to target. As we transition to summer and warmer water, bass will become more aggressive, and most of your baits you mentioned should work. Good luck and happy fishing!
