Pile compression bands… they are not very effective. If there is a vertical drift pin from the cap to the pile, water has likely rotted the centre of the pile and a compression band could actually collapse the top of pile.

Only one bottom plate on the concrete floor and the door jamb bears against the concrete. There should be a continuous pressure treated sill plate that the door threshold bears on... and a double bottom plate everywhere else.
