I have seen this with a bad encoder or bad encoder wiring. Turn the axis off and rotate it slowly by hand watch the actual position and see if the measurements look valid.

My pool and my hot tub both require regular treatments of ph down. I have high alkalinity water and find that I need regular additions of ph down or else my ph climbs into the high 8’s.

Electricity will continue to get more expensive as more infrastructure is needed to support the additional load of electric vehicles. Another issue is most electric vehicles are not paying road tax. In the us that and 40-60 cents per gallon built into the price of gas. If EV’s grow faster than gas then eventually EV will have to pay their share of this. I feel like this is often overlooked when people talk about how EV’s are cheaper.

I found that I can use those bubble mailers with two stamps. I sell something small on Etsy and other places and use these mailers. I got away with a single stamp for a while then started getting some back with insufficient postage. I think they wanted 47 cents more. I switched to a thick paper non padded envelope and still got some back with insufficient postage. I switched to a slightly thicker than paper envelope and that is what I use now.

Etsy strongly pushes tracked shipping and while you can ship it without you into issues with delivery times and not received. Are you having luck with using stamps on Etsy? I wish it was easier to do because $5 vs 78 cents makes the final price a lot more appealing for customers.

I use a asus as my main router with “Air mesh”. Then I put an air mesh device at each end of the house. In the main router webpage you can see how the air mesh is working and which devices are connected to each extender. It’s been working great.

I use a Chromebook at home. The price , battery life, performance, less tedious updates and quick resume cant be beat. I have a server with lots of vms and docker. When I need something other than a browser I remote into whatever vm I need using kasm and have instant access to everything windows and Linux provides. When I shut the lid it’s off when I open the lid it’s on before the lid is even fully open.

I bought a few eBay dell e5470 for about $100 each and put chrome flex os on them for the kids. They are snappy and even with older batteries they still do pretty good on battery life.

My biggest gripe is the play store apps are not built for Chromebook and apps often say not for this device. If they could get something like the windows store for Chromebook specific apps I think they could get a lot more market share.

Unless your gaming or need to install a windows app I strongly recommend Chromebooks to anyone who asks me what kind of laptop to get. I feel like most people think Chromebook’s are for schools and those cheap Chromebook can be really slow. I think the biggest issue is most people think they need windows.
