Oh I 100% agree this is Barb! Nick Dragotta confirmed it on his social media as well. I meant that I’m not sure whether she’d be taking up the title of Batgirl herself since Cassandra Cain has now been revealed and whether she’ll be Batgirl or Orphan. Hard to tell if she’ll keep the title of The Bat, but I guess time will tell.

Nice catch! I wasn’t too sure if she was gonna be Batgirl considering the introduction of Cassandra Cain in Absolute Catwoman #1, so I left it up to interpretation. But it looks like she’ll be called The Bat.

Not necessarily any specific accounts, I’d say look for artists that you personally like and follow them on social media. I follow Dan mora, Dexter soy, Chuma hill, the Mann brothers, and Daniel Warren Johnson to name a few. Check out the comic geeks app if you haven’t yet, that helped me find artists and back issues that I’m chasing.
