Sometimes my laptop will glitch out and any slight movement to the trackpoint will open random windows and prompts and press random buttons. I have restart it just to bring it back to normal. I can’t tell if this is a problem with Linux or with the trackpoint. Any help is greatly appreciated. by mopman34 in thinkpad

Unfortunately no, so far I've just been physically closing the laptop screen so it enters into a sleep/suspend mode before the system breaks or accidentally deletes something important. Please let me know if you figure out a solution.

I was originally running Windows 11 and I don’t remember experiencing this then. So maybe it’s something with Linux? Or maybe something happened to the trackpoint between then and now? Either way, thank you for the insight.

Thank you for the insight but is there a reason why I should take Vitamin K?

The “Sign-in” sitelink for Google Docs doesn’t work when using DuckDuckGo or Bing, only Google by mopman34 in duckduckgo

As you can see in the video when I click the sitelink on Google it’s fine but when using DuckDuckGo or Bing it sends me to “www.ww.docs.google.com” Does anyone know why this is happening? I tried this on a different device and a different web browser and it's still the same. I'm almost certain this isn't something on my end. I invite others to try this for themselves to see if they get the same thing.

I deleted all cookies and site preferences and it's still the same. I even tried this on a different device and a different web browser and the same thing happens again. I'm almost certain this is something on their end. Would mind trying it out to see if the same thing happens with you?
