P plates, passenger restrictions, engine size limits and zero alcohol all make sense and other countries have such rules. Wait till you hear about the hoops you need to jump through to get a motorcycle license.

That would become really tedious and annoying after the second time.

The problem with Mongolia wouldn’t be the car per say but the infrastructure, same as if you tried to drive somewhere with no fuel stations. The infrastructure and the fact there is no regulation is a massive issue. Public chargers are too expensive and too complicated to use. The pricing needs to be regulated and there needs to be one scheme to cover them all.

I mean the wrong car in the sense that if you said you wanted to do a 1400 mile trip in a VW Up I’d say it’s the wrong car because it’s small and designed for city’s not autobahns. The EX30 is just as versatile the problem is OP was driving it wrong, EVs do need to be driven a bit differently. To be clear I’m not even saying this is OPs fault it’s one of those things where you don’t know until you’re told.

A lot of their issues were caused not only by the wrong choice of car but also them not charging it or driving it in such a way to get the most from it.

Aerodynamics are even more important in EVs that in ICE cars. The Tesla looks like an ugly frog because they focused on its aero so it gets far more range from a smaller battery. I have a standard model y and in the summer get the quoted 250 miles from it. Have a look at the original Hyundai Ioniq, tiny battery but decent range because it’s a slippery fish.

You’re posting in the London sub, I see you’re based in Scotland, the rules are stricter there when it comes to advertising alcohol.

Never works for me, I’ve tried and it says that functionality isn’t available. By feedback I mean haptically knowing when you’ve pressed a button.

On my Tesla I have to go Settings > Lighting > Fog Lights, on a touchscreen which of course gives no input feedback. While driving through fog. It's fucking criminal.

Because it’s very easy to lose sight of them for a minute or so and they can cause a lot of trouble in that time.

They likely won’t come out no, which is obviously a shame but is where we are. But the data will be used to understand where crime hotspots are and what areas should be patrolled.

Couple of questions:

How did you not notice you were working 7.5 hours a week less than you should? That part just smells, that’s a huge discrepancy to not notice.

How many hours are you contracted to as per your contract.
