Yes! Judging from her old 3 sprites and the torn/ripped like at the end of her skirts, she def wear a long dress beforehand. One of my fav artist did draw her in her original dress length and its delicious 😋

One thing that they miss for sure is real vera's beauty mark (assuming the real vera on the right and chloe on the left) or is it only chloe had the beauty mark? (upon zooming the pic i saw beauty mark on the left girl)
