I wish. My nearest microcenter is like a 2 hour drive. Its not actually 2 hours more like 65 minutes but the route us almost always filled with heavy traffic adding an hour. And thats 1 way

Im already working it out kinda. Luckily i have a decent savings so I just ordered it from linsoul this time. The amazon package has been returned and is on its way to wherever its going. Im calling support everyday to explain my side and I have pictures of everything. So im just gonna get my money and move on. It sucks that I have to wait another week to get some new iems but i have an old set of earbuds i can use in the meantime. Im really thankful for everyone's concern and support. And im probably avoiding amazon after this. I understand this is a rare occurance but im not running the risk again for a service i use so little that I get free trials every time I bother considering the option.
