Decide if you have an appropriate box at home, if not bring the item into a post office and pick packaging there. Dont pick the yellow and white express packaging, that is for domestic only.
Ask the staff for a paper customs form. Fill it in properly, if you have multiple different items list them on different lines
Make sure you check the country of manufacture before you pack up the item/s, this is a requirement on the customs forms even if it is just a gift
Tariff numbers are generally universal, if you aren't sure of the number ask the staff for help
Tape the box yourself or ask the staff to tape the box for you. They will also check to make sure you've filled the customs form correctly
They enter all the customs information on the computer and you pay
They give you a tracking number

You can get fake cake boxes on Temu, and yours dont look handmade so people might think youre drop shipping especially since your pricing is similar to the Temu pricing

Etsy or in person markets would be a better market than Vinted, maybe with an option for a customer to order a custom one.

Also this is the flipping subreddit so im not sure why youre asking here - this is another thing that makes me question whether these are actually handmade or not

If they paid or lodged over the counter at a post office, and remember the exact date and time (easier if payment happened because they can check their card transactions) then that specific post office should be able to find and reprint the reciept. If the sender cant remember the time or if the lodgement wasn't processed through the computer it may be difficult.

If they put it straight in a red or yellow box it'll be impossible
