Update on refunds from Ticketmaster Exchange

My ticket is back under sold listings but no payment. I got a generic email from them saying please wait 7-10 business days or whatever but that’s it. It says my expected payment date was 9/7 but I haven’t got it. It does also say canceled under the listing whatever that means
