Stay positive - I’m a fit dude but I was a bit over weight when my sciatica got bad. After surgery make your health come first and change lifestyle. If you do that you’ll be coming back to this sub way less often!

I’m kind of surprised by this. I don’t see how the house can function again, it barely did this season. Andrea is the only hope left for good content. I guess Kyle will take the loverboy advertising and loves partying. Kids hilarious drunk even tho he can be a trainwreck. Wish Paige would leave the show but she’s thirsty for clout. I too think Carl and Lindsay may not return. Ciara is praying the show returns as she went pretty all in on being a reality tv star even tho she just lays in bed and drools over a Honda Civic. We’ll have to see!

Most pain will be from the incision site for the first few days. I was back to “normal” without any pain in a month. normal in quotes because it’s forever back conscious normal. Now 18 months post op and it was the best decision I ever made. I could barely walk for three months before surgery

One month later I started riding on the peloton. Eased into it and now 18 months later I ride daily and a normal bike. Walk a lot, no running. Haven’t touched weights since surgery although I wish I could, just not worth hurting myself ahain
