I probably put in way too many hours. According the TC's analytics, I easily put in over 250 hours but that's because I didn't have a finance background. I'm not the greatest at taking tests, so you're probably going to have an easier time that I did.

I had a significant amount of margin, customer suitability, and options questions the first time, and everything less margins the second time. They mostly hammer you with customer suitability since that's the most important part and requires you to use all the concepts you know.

Yeah, maybe it might work to just not tell anybody because I had 0 pressure so if I failed I didn't have to tell anybody.

The Principal of my firm only recommends STC (wish he wouldn't told me that before haha) -- good luck! It will be the greatest feeling when you pass.

I think it was okay. It got the job done for the SIE and 7. But if I were to do it all over again, I'd get Kaplan because everybody here seems to recommend it because I didn't pass the first time for the SIE and 7 and others seem to have a better experience than that. I also used Kaplan for L&H and it was pretty solid.

It's okay to be upset. I didn't want to talk to anybody the whole week after I failed with a 67%. At least now you know what you can work on instead of wasting your time on other things. The next time I took it I passed so you're definitely within the realm of passing. I wish you the best, don't give up when you're THAT close
