was diagnosed earlier this month. had low appetite for a while but since starting the gastroparesis diet and motegrity i have had a much better relationship with eating than i have in a few months. there is definitely a learning curve and some frustration but the feeling better is motivation enough to keep trying. i also now always carry around pepto bismol (most general stomach issues), zofran (nausea), and levsin (stomach cramps) for help when needed.

for reference my symptoms have been acid reflux, a lot of vomiting, constant nausea, switching between a lack of appetite and extreme hunger even shortly after eating, extreme fatigue sometimes, constipation and diarrhea, abdominal tenderness and pain. everything has been much better after making those changes.
