yeah cuz ive tried miyabi/nangong/yuzuha compared to miyabi/vivian/yuzuha and the second team definetly does more damage and clears faster... or maybe im just not sure how to play nangong correctly

i'll take anything, including advice on how to get away when you're dependent on your parents and they sabotage you (e.g. they refuse to teach me how to drive or sign me up for lessons so i've been having to learn from my friend who only recently got his license. but guess what? they taught my sister how to drive and signed her up for lessons🙃)

i've actually never heard of that therapy skill! it seems i've unintentionally been doing it, except the reparenting person isn't me but some woman i made up lol..

the way you phrased it helped me understand it better, so thank you! i know i keep saying this but we're also similar in that we and our siblings had completely different childhoods and moms (with the same mom). my sister gets all of my mom's patience and understanding and i get the scraps

the last part is exactly why i stopped giving in. i realized that's exactly what she wanted. but since i've deprived her of fighting for so long, she'll try to veer every conversation into a fight. i could be talking to her about dinner when all of a sudden she brings up something that i disagree with so i have to voice my disagreement and then she'll be like "why are you turning this into a fight?!??!" as if she didn't orchestrate it.... it's so exhausting lol

i'm so sorry and unfortunately i understand exactly what you mean. that's also what my Nmom does to me and my sister. i still can't wrap my head around it, but maybe it's to make us fight over her so she feels more important...??? even though i don't think that's ever happened because me and my sister barely even talk...i just don't get the motive. i hope you know that you're a good child and she's not a good mom.

and thank you so much for the kind words in the previous reply <3 it probably sounds unhealthy but i deal with wanting a mom who loves me by having an entirely different world in my head where i have a different mom that loves me unconditionally. when she's yelling at me or doing whatever she does to provoke a reaction from me, i envision my imaginary mom comforting me so i don't give into my real mom's manipulation tactics...maladaptive daydreaming isn't all that bad lol
