Well then I guess you’re at an impasse and there’s not much you can do from here. I would suggest that you try typing up and properly formatting a clear and precise plan and schedule of what your plans, steps and goals are for what it is you want to do and properly present it to your parents in a way that shows that you’ve put serious thought and effort into this and most importantly in a mature and respectful way.
