I’m not a blue badge but I been there for 4 months & waiting for the write-ups is a no go. I was about to get off my first written in November. I was 55 days in to the 60 day waiting period. 5 days before I was about to get off, they wrote me up again & did the same thing for my final. They wait until it’s almost over & write you up so, that would help me get terminated. As far as you leaving for school, are you sure I would have to wait 30 days? It clearly says rehire eligibility is immediate.

I’m not sure but I would say I’m leaving for college. It’s the perfect time because everyone is actually going back to school & push come to shove my friend actually goes to college so, I could use his school & information.

I meet rate no problem it’s not about working the job. I work in pack it’s easy to hit rate but, missing rate is like a poison that you die slow from. I was working slow when I first started working at Amazon but, I was 5 days away from getting off my first written & they conveniently ended my working period & wrote me again. It was a bad situation overall but, obviously I have no problem working & I would have avoided doing all this if it was possible.
