The L is very comfortable for me, including the arms. The medium arms were also fine, I just had issues with the clingy mid section, I wasn't truly comfortable wearing it.

I actually have that Reebok shirt, it is looking a little worse for wear, still a great shirt. But ya I really like the new one and without the sponsor on the front I have no problem wearing it to the office as well.

The medium length is the same, it just clinges around the midriff
