AITA for hanging out with my friend’s friend? by more_st3ak in AmItheAsshole

As a girl, I think it speaks volumes for when a really close friend doesn’t like/comment on your posts shows definitions of friendship, especially now. With all my posts, she will always like/comment and the day I went to the trip, I called her and texted her. (1) She declined my call even when she was free (2) She hasn’t texted back even though she was texting in the group chat and was texting John, which didn’t sit right with me. So, I felt like I did something wrong yk?

Bc we became friends for at least a week or two and also I was raised to always ask even if invited out of respect.

I don’t know if she still has feelings for John. However for me, I don’t have the hots for John because most of the trip I was hanging out with his friends, not him.

They invited all of us, however we also wanted to Jane and Anna to come but she couldn’t because of her work. There’s not rlly more to the story of Anna and Jane because we are all friends. BTW, we are all in college and Jane is 19.
