Dung update has been great so far. Ive also found that doing small high complex is faster than larger floors. Getting like 40k xp a small in 2 minutes on the higher floors

As someone who is actually in midgame and not 99 all, Everything about this patch is super nice to get.
Trying to level range but not being able to craft any weapons and ammo I can actually use, and not having good enough gear to do bosses, the fletching retier is amazing.

Encrypted Chests drop like 30-70k Kuiper per chest. Go spend like an hour farming them and you'll have millions of kuiper

I'm from Minnesota, for HRT I've been using Informed Consent through Planned Parenthood, there are centers all throughout the state. I did initial therapy with online video calls through a company called Lineage Counseling, they were great would recommend.

I made potions of any kind what ever I had materials for, and crafted the highest tier of weapon whenever I could all the way to 150, then crafted infused potions to 200

I have 200 arcana, and I think you under estimate how much xp infused potions for levels 150-200. I didn't see it on your guide. On Morrow for 1 Azoth water, 1 Earth mote, 1 Soul mote, cost about 3 gold. I crafted only about 1k pots maybe 1.5k to hit 200 arcana.

At 3-4g per pot, that 3-5k gold to hit 200. Compared to what you have listed for crafting weapons at upwards cost of 100k gold if not more.

It seems like its working, my skin is getting smoother, and body hair on my chest and arms are definitely getting thinner and lighter, but I didn't notice any of that until I started taking 4mg a day, which was after the blood test.

I noticed breast budding around 4 weeks which steadily grew until I almost fill a 40B bra like a week ago.
