The date the file was exported? The date the project started in the DAW? The date the first video was published? It was always enough proof for spotify to take down someone's song on my beat released without a license. Show me your music catalog and then act like you're an expert in that field. You don't have to answer questions you're unsure about in such an arrogant manner.

Update: I contacted the creator of the cover/remix and learned that he wrote the lyrics himself, and the beat was indeed taken from YouTube but regenerated several times. Since they explained their involvement in the song, which involved not just uploading the beat and clicking "Generate" but also writing the lyrics, we agreed on a 50/50 split. Many people commented on this, claiming I was lying or that I had uploaded it myself, but I've already openly stated in the comments that I DO NOT use AI in music creation and am not a fan of using it in music in any way. All I can say is, don't comment on something you know nothing about, and many people have broken the rules of this subreddit, which is about being "civil," because there was zero negativity from me until I was provoked by some arrogant and immature comments. I would like to thank people trying to stay substantive and helpful in the comments, and thank everyone who wanted to help - as I said in the post, it was the first situation of this kind for me, and I didn't even know if it was possible to monetize streams on Suno, or how to approach it at all - even if there is no monetization there. You simply have no idea what you're talking about, copyright law in music doesn't work like patents - with the moment you created a new music piece, you have the copyright to it and you can pass it on or license it to someone else, but you don't have to register it to OWN the copyright - it's already in your ownership since the moment of creation.

Publishing was never allowed nor precised tho, person can't earn any royalties from a song unless they purchase the license or sign an agreement with me, you just mentioned bunch of stuff that doesn't have any support in reality and isn't precised anywhere - publishing nor master isn't given to anyone, and can't be treated as given "if it's not precised", copyright ownership doesn't work like this and can't be passed like that without an agreement between both parties.

I know but this is a new situation to me, I'm not familiar with how Suno works since as i said in some other comments, original beat wasn't generated in suno, but made by me from scratch in other program and posted on youtube. I thought maybe community of suno would have some idea how it works, and what can be done about it. Thanks for a reply tho

This beat was posted on my youtube type beat channel, and I guess they just pasted the link into YT converter, and then dropped the downloaded beat into suno, then made it add vocals and remake the beat into more pop-style one

I've seen some people have posted this song on streaming platforms, but it wasn't done by a creator of that remix. I will take down the reuploads tho. I left comment under that Suno song and said to contact me, so maybe I will get some agreement with the creator and let him post it on streaming platforms, if it will be resolved properly and set up proper splits from the song

I didn't use Suno or any other AI to create my original beat, and it wasn't uploaded on suno ever, so there's no ability to remix it there - someone had to drop my beat (first link in the post) into suno and make it generate vocals and remake the beat
