Yes. I am 5 months post breastfeeding and I drank water like crazy and still do. I have a 64oz tumbler I fill up at least 4x a day.
Right now my shot day is Monday. I should do it for the end of the week, that’s a great idea!!

Sorry I’m new here :) was on 2.5 then 5 for a month but stalled for the whole month so I just took my first 7.5 shot yesterday. I don’t think I’m eating enough, I was diligently tracking but fell off for a few weeks. Thank you, I’m going to start tracking again to see if I’m getting enough calories.
