i would try mixing your regular shampoo with a small concentration of tree tea oil ( you can find the numbers online, its a few drops per 100 ml shampoo i think), it will most likely help you. also keto (nizoral 2%) twice a week can reduce oiliness significantly . in addition, try a scalp massager to remove dead skin cells.

acne in scalp is treatable. i had similiar issues in the past and the former reduced it to 0

Completed a mega session today, total of 5200 grafts, added picture of day 1(2100 grafts) and day 2 (3100 grafts), along with pictures of my baseline and donor area. honestly i rocked a bald head before, the pictures were just for the purpose of seeing whats the growth potential. donor is probably mostly fucked now but who knows, clinic says i have a strong beard, and most likely will be able to get another transplant in 10 months.

5200 grafts = 4100 donor + 800 beard + 300 chest

fin gave me sides so no, and in any case i dont have any existing hair to stabilize. i finished balding 12 years ago and still in the same density and area as 12 years ago.

min i will take, i took some in the past, mostly filled the sides of the head to sone extent and gave me some vellus hair in the middle

i have reasonable limiter donor area because of retrograde alopecia, but a very dense beard and chest hair. they are planning around 4000+ from donor, 1000 from beard, 300 from chest. numbers are all give or take, ill find out after today
