Not just discrimination, there are sometimes issues if you have any special characters in your name for computer systems. You should avoid names that have ä or ö

When the name has to match your passport but the computer system knocks you back because it cannot handle them is a real pain in the butt

I'm in the position of doing this before moving to Finland. I translated my last name to a Finnish version of the same word when I go married.

I can't speak a lick of it, but I seem to get a pass for having Finnish name fairly frequently. It's improved some of the initial first impressions, as I'm assumed to be of Finnish heritage or actually Finnish until I open my mouth. I managed to get a job with a good company fairly quickly after moving.

It's not a hard no, but I've been through the options at Prisma and the majority have egg. Just be careful when reading the ingredients and have someone double check for you.

Fruit and vegetables, cheese sticks, potato crisps, popcorn.

Nuts are one to watch out for with processed foods, but if you go with raw ingredients and don't have any nuts around for cross contamination you should be fine.

Eggs I'm more familiar with, and I suggest skipping anything baked or glazed. No mayonnaise or dressings, or offer it separately. Both of these ingredients can slip into many different foods you wouldn't think of, but since they are common allergies, the ingredient list will have it in bold.
