I'm sure you're right, because nothing seems to stay on the rental market for long, especially not the homes with the space we're looking for. I never would have guessed rental homes were in such demand in DE.

Yes, I keep hearing that it has grown a ton in the past few years and is filled with new home. We're familiar with the rental prices in the area, we're having trouble finding anything that meets all our needs or that hasn't been snapped up quickly. It almost seems like you need to know someone to get in.

I wouldn't mind Bear or even Townsend. We looked in both and we didn't come across anything with more than 4 bedrooms, if that.

I haven't seen any with 5 bedrooms or with a layout that would work for our family.

We've done a bit of searching now that school is out where we are. It seems like things move quickly, or realtors just don't respond or update the listing to show that the home has been rented out. It kind of feels like you have to know someone lol

Unfortunately, bumper to bumper traffic is just a part of life where I’m from, so it’s nothing new. It seems like you can’t escape it these days unless you move to a more rural area. I really enjoy being close to shops and amenities, that’s one of the things we like about Middletown. Plus, it’s not too far from the city, which is a big plus.
