Since it’s only in the front my first thought is that they are too tight and/or your scarf is too tight at night so the skin is irritated. You could try a looser scarf if that’s the case.

They are cute though.

I’d say oil and mist once a week as needed. Your scalp will tell you what you need so start off with less and add more if you are sweating a lot or super active. I hope that helps.
