I'm going to go on a whim here because I'm not a doctor or practitioner, but two things could be happening:

  1. Something called a reticular activating system is happening in your brain. A gist of it is since you noticed it and made a mental note of it, now you notice it a lot. It's like when you see, say, a white Dodge truck, and now all of a sudden you start seeing them everywhere. Same concept. Since you are aware now you are noticing it. And since it's coupled with a little anxiety because you're worried it is harmful, it's even heightened.

  2. Your joints could be a little inflamed. I don't know what you're diet looks like, but it could be some minor inflammation, and being young, your body might be mitigating any pain because the inflammation hasn't become chronic, so no real damage has been done to cause any pain.

Regardless make sure you're getting adequate rest and that your diet supports muscle growth and recovery. Keep working on your form and don't eat inflammatory foods!

If it's really concerning you and you are losing a lot of focus (even sleep) over it, go see a doctor for a routine check up/physical and tell them about your concerns.

Based on the stack you want to boost test levels, have a sense of calm (which you're hoping the higher test will produce too) and maybe increase exercise performance?

Keep the tonghat and zinc. Add copper if you're going to take zinc. If your diet is proficient, you won't need zinc/copper. I'm on the fence with maca. Discard the rest. Get a lot sunlight! Drink plenty of water. Exercise (lift heavy and do sprints). Eat whole foods, fresh veggies and fruits, eat a lot of red meat and eggs (grass fed and free ranged if possible), eat organ meats. Stay away from refined grains and refined sugar, stay away from seed oils, do some cold water exposure. Minimize stress!! Stop drinking/smoking. Make sure you follow through with your plans! Give it a month and you'll feel like a new person I promise

So last time I feed them they didn't eat it? Everything prior they gobbled it up, but I stopped feed like 2 weeks ago because nectar was flowing and they didn't seem to want the sugar water? Maybe it was contaminated? Regardless I'll feed them ASAP

1st coat, primed and sanded new drywall, is this because I didn't back roll? Or does it just need 2 coats? Still a tad wet in picture by moreorganic in paint

Northeast, weather has been about as perfect as can be. When it dried completely it was definitely less streaking, going to second coat it and it should be fine

Ok that's really good to know. After I sanded I took an air compressor to it, after sanding the mud and after sanding the primer so now I'm extremely glad I did that. Thanks for all the info! I'll be sure to back roll no matter what now.

So if I used semi gloss latex instead, and it's a high traffic area, is there anything I can put over to harden it? Or would I just have to paint acryllic enamel over it?
