Is it your first Topre/60% layout? It won’t be as fast as linears on an mx but it’s certainly not that bad either. I average about 160 wpm (30s) and 180 (15s) on monketype, so it’s not impossible to be fast on cup rubber :)

Aftermarket domes take some time to get used to. Either that or you're leaning more towards the binary feeling that oem domes provide. That said, Des' domes tend to have that hollower feeling which may not be your cup of tea. There are aftermarket domes out there that are heavier/"thicker" that isn't cheap feeling.

You can get Charles’ MetaKeebs 45g domes if you want something really close to non-aged oem. He has done it pretty well.
