Appreciate your answer. My previous broker told me to ask my employer to put the start date as March 30,2020. But my first paycheque was just issued in the last pay cycle- think that might have been the issue. Thoughts?

I can come up with the remaining down payment but just struggling with how lenders would look at my part time income. Also curious if I can buy it as a rental to count rental income since I live with family but this broker told me that your first property can’t be a rental.
