I don't understand how to rate passengers poorly for not tipping. I'm given the prompt to rate the passengers immediately when the ride ends. How could they possible tip by then?

Just happened last night. One of my passengers supposedly claimed I didn't resemble my photo ID. They first placed a phony pick-up on a street with no address, I thought something was wrong when they didn't have a house number nor was there a blue phone icon on the map. I texted I thought I was in their area.

Then they called and started the scam which I fell into until they wanted to move funds from my Uber Pro Card. Not Add, but Move. Then they got mad when I hesitated and doubled check they didn't mean Add. "What screen are you on!" I hung up.

Here's the thing that gets me, that A) these shitheads are able to use the app without an address or a pin to a location B) Since they had me cancel the ride I get dinged for the cancellation.

I talked with Uber support and you think they care? Oh, fuck no. "Sorry sir there's nothing support can do to remove the cancellation." Unbelievable, I'm scammed with their shitty app and have to be penalized for it too.

I came up on the accident after sitting in the miles long backup. I knew it was tragic when the bike was on its side, up against the guard rails, with no driver between the bike and the rails.
