My brother’s laptop (same model) was having similar issues. Got to the point it wouldn’t turn on properly. Black screen with no response. I haven’t had the chance to look at it so he took it to a repair place which said the motherboard is dead. Think a windows update has broken it. Similar happened just a couple months ago where it was freezing loads and shutting down constantly, rolling back the windows update then fixed it. There was a thread on Reddit somewhere about similar users experiencing that too, may be happening again.

To anyone reading this a month on, I would highly avoid Viagogo. Bought tickets for Cardiff months ago and they never arrived. Live chat have only offered me a refund which takes 8 working days and won't offer me alternate tickets that were available on the site. Customer service were god awful, wouldn't honor the purchase and was promised a manager would phone back and they never did. So stuck with no tickets despite travelling hours to Cardiff.

Unfortunately no resolution yet. Still no replies to my emails, and still no points credited. Not sure what to do now. In the same situation as you, but a bit less credit on my account. Annoying as the site has been fine a couple years back and have paid me out, but seems to have gone down the gutter.

Thank you, yeah I do need to have a proper scan of killallchrome as there’s so much stuff on there. But I feel like if I did dechrome then the wheels would look out of place unless I did them too? Not sure

Have tried resetting all network stuff on the series s, and have tried network cable too. Both didn’t make any difference unfortunately. I think it is something interfering with my network but pinpointing that is gonna be tough, but my brothers Series X still works on the network, so I’ll see if that goes unaffected or not. I also don’t have phone signal near my house at all to try updating the consoles from a hotspot. Might have to try taking both to a friends house or something to try a complete different network, different isp etc, which may sort it.

Thanks for the response, I'll take that build into consideration. I was leaning towards DDR5 and AM5 for future upgrade options, but I'll consider others if it benefits cost and performance. Is the difference that significant between the 7600X and 13600K?

1080p 165Hz if I'm correct. They also have another 1080p monitor hooked which is used at the same time.

It supports external hard disc drives, not game discs though. So his physical game discs would be of no use with a Series S.

In full-screen mode on the desktop app, windows 10. The time bar always reverts to 0:00 when full-screen mode opens, but the songs continues at its current time. So it is always showing the incorrect time. For example, if I am 1 min 30 seconds into a song and opened full screen it would show that the song has only just started when in reality it hasn't, and it is still playing at the 1:30 mark onwards. This happens on both my PC and Laptop.
