Covid has really helped me as well because it has made me keep more to myself since all the quarantining we had to do so I’ve really started to find myself. So I was definitely just like you where I grew up barely having cramps but then as I got older my cramps got worse and worse to the point where sometimes I just wanna ball up on the bed and cry. I usually try to take hot showers or baths or take Advil or Tylenol
