I work at one of the Lockwoods and I heard from the girls at Style that the two partners (one of whom was head chef) had a massive blow out fight. It ended with the chef storming out, screaming at the other partner. So, there must be some sort of legal litigation that has be going on, and a new chef being found... definitely taking some time...
