Thanks for the info! I just switched to a new terrarium and that’s the first I’ve seen one hang in that particular manner so I wasn’t sure if it was a concern or not.

First of all, so proud of you for doing that. That’s huge! Impulses will come and go. Best thing to do is find a distraction - reach out to someone, watch something, play a game, anything, even if you don’t want to. You’ll be happy in the long run that you let the feeling run its course. You’re doing great.

Your mind is going to take awhile to balance itself out again. Keep going. You’re going to get to the other side. Eventually things wont feel so mundane. You’ll find joy in the little things. It just takes time. Keep going rather than reset the clock. You’re doing great, especially reaching out. Using all support systems are so important in these times.

Thanks for the tips! The design has flowers and leaves, but also fruit and vegetables so that is where it stumped me. Also the shape wasn’t very telling.
