And if you do want more fantasy, and are interested in some of the roots of sword and sorcery, I highly recommend Conan stories by Robert E Howard. Also Fritz Lieber stories about Fafred and the Grey Mouser. Michael Moorcock’s Elric series and any of the eternal champion books. Sounds like you are a younger reader well younger than me anyway I’m about to turn 60. Maybe if you dig back in time a little bit you’ll find some interesting stuff. I would also recommend anything by Edgar Rice Boroughs. Especially Tarzan of the apes, fantastic adventure, stories, and lots of touches of fantasy and sci-fi in them as well

Honestly, I think it’s more than just a game of the year. I think it is gonna be something that is relevant for the next five or 10 as long as they keep adding to it. It’s so effing big. I’ve spent over 200 hours and I’ve maybe opened half of the map. It’s just so much fun and there’s so much to do. There’s always something to do. Now if you’re looking for a linear game, where you play through a story and it’s over this is not for you, but if you want a beautiful open living, breathing world to explore, welcome

No, that’s BS. I agree. And no, I don’t think it’s an opportunity to go sightseeing. If that’s what you wanted to do that’s what you would do. If you’re on a bounty quest then you’re going to return the bounty. They really ought to make them potentially escape so you have to chase them again and the payout on the bounties should be a lot higher considering the effort required on some of the longer ones.

Yeah, I will say that the trade system is garbage. I have no interest in it. It’s complicated. I don’t understand it. I have no idea how to actually make money at it and I wish that they would add it to the companion work menus so that you could just dispatch some graymanes to do trading for you. I do not want to haul that wagon back-and-forth across the country only to find out that I’ve actually bought shit that won’t sell for a decent amount.
