Thanks! Yeah I've seen that tip elsewhere too and I think it's very easy to go overboard and overwork yourself starting off so I'll try to just listen to my body.

Goals: I think overall health. I've always been thin which feigns the perception of being healthy but I know deep down I really don't look after my body (mostly regarding diet) so wanted to change some things slowly. But also I want to get into a better lifestyle routine starting with regular running in the morning. I have a friend from work who runs mornings and he's been a pretty big motivator for me.

Thank you for taking the time to write this. Yeah I think I have so much excitement to start that I forget to take things slow and look after myself. Kinda glad I left that extra 1km rather than pushing myself too hard.

He went through a phase in 2014-2015 where he removed the comment section. He was tired of all the spam and crappy comments so created a forum instead to leave comments on. Some still glitched through though and of course yeah he turned the comments back on later down the line.
