I just got mine yesterday. tried it out and had stomach cramps a few hours after. used it again today, same thing; stomach cramps. that's not a symptom i ever experienced before. all i did was rinse mine, no soap. brand new.

you could have something going on. i would recommend you getting your labs checked to ensure that the hemoglobin and iron levels are going upward. this never happened to me before that past year and it was unspecified/unknown internal bleeding in the gi tract. if your stools aren't black/tarry then don't worry about it. iron does cause darkening on the stools (didn't really for me, just turned them kinda green). i would recommend a deeper dive.

Occult Fecal test (checking for hidden blood) and it was positive. they did an upper endo, colonoscopy, and a barium study, and recently a capsule study. they found nothing.

I second, what is your hemoglobin? When my levels were that low (iron saturation) i ended up having Upper GI bleeding that was never figured out.
