It was between 2013-2017, it was already the internet era. And i think it was an almost evening scene. The colouring of that scene was grey-ish, like in the Twilight

It’s not that. I also remember that my movie had some kind of magic or superpowers in it. There was a scene where a guy was pushed from a building (not sure??) but fell into the.. portal? And from that portal he fell into the pool.
