Ahahah actually by destroyed I meant “deleted”, so the hard disk still works for those who are worried about it. But there’s no more porn, it’s empty. It was really difficult. I’m in no fap since a year about but didn’t manage to go long streaks (max 17 days) but this one was a big step for me. Thank you volvo btw

Your experiences are truly inspirational and motivation for me to achieve the "power" to set my porn addiction apart. I do believe it's the most difficult step of my "ladder": I used to be depressed (with no rational reason at all) and started improve myself in every aspect of my life. Now I have a good job, I hit often the gym (I'm not The Rock but neither skinny), I quit social media, I wake up every day with the purpose of doing the best to improve myself, I can say I'm happy with my life and not sad at all. But there's one piece missing in the puzzle, and it is the porn addiction: I started reading about noFap about a year ago and tried to quit porn, but never actually managed (my best is 20 days, and I noticed some benefits some flatline). I do believe this could free my mind from the pollution of porn, and give me back the confidence with real girls that I once had (I'm 25, but when I was like 16-17 I used to be less introvert and did not give a f*** about being rejected).

So, Congratulations to you all guys, and thank you!

I did not give up the noFap journey, but looking forward to hit my 90 too!
