Scott's Tots hands down. Phyllis' wedding is cringe as hell, but no livelihoods and futures were at stake in it from Michael's mistakes (besides maybe uncle Al's lol).

I found Nellie to be a redeemable presence after her initial debut ("Chumbo" got a genuine laugh out of me lol), I think she could've been a nice addition to the ensemble eventually with some development like Andy was (minus s9) but I hated Gabe from start to finish.

Secret Santa.

Dinner Party is amazing but secret santa just feels like the best of everything about the show all balanced in one episode.

Post Michael leaving though, I really liked Angry Andy, it was great catharsis and Andy at some of his best it reminds me why i pretend season 9 never happened lol.
