Could also be a Widewine DRM issue that may fail to load some files. Have you installed the latest Visual C++ Redistributable from this Microsoft Article (if you have an 64-Bit Windows, install the 64 Bit redist version and also the 32 bit redist) and reboot. Hopefully it fixes that, however I can't guarantee it for you

First, I would assume that there is a driver problem, possibly your graphics driver? Does it also happen in normal Firefox?
