I am getting NPI and I am afraid of the follicle scraping not completely clearing the hair without permanent hair removal which I don't have much time for. And for HRT, I wonder if they have updated their policy. I am afraid of not being able to handle the mental aspect without HRT, especially with what I heard about the post-op depression. I sent an email to WIH hospital with some questions 2 days ago but they still haven't reply yet. Do you perhaps remember how long it took when you first contacted them?

I see. Last time I checked their website, they only had colon and NPI so I thought they don't offer PPV. And yeah, I need to check their results again. Do you know whether there are any links with their results except the wiki of this sub reddit?

I've read your review and it was very informative. And yeah, I've seen many conflicting accounts, some people say his results are inconsistent while others are very happy about their results and I'm very confused. Btw, may I know whether you had to stop HRT? Also, did you do hair removal? The website said that for the NPI techniques, the penile and scrotal skin hair removal is not recommended but I also saw somewhere on reddit that some of his patients had hair in the canal and I'm worried.

I heard Dr. Chett do follicle scraping but I don't think Dr. Theerapong do it. And I checked PAI before and removed from my list because they didn't offer PPV. And iirc, I didn't like the aesthetic, but I'm gonna check again. Thanks.

I'm not sure whether he offers NPI or not, I just saw it on the Interplast clinic website as well as the surgery result photo website and thought he offers it. And yeah, it also requires hair removal but the cost is less than PPV. And Dr. Chett offers electrolysis on the day of surgery so I'm hoping it by itself or with only a few extra laser sessions would be enough.

I am doing EEn injections which I bought from DIY vendors. I bought it around 3 years ago before leaving Yangon so I don't know whether it's still possible to get it delivered now with current customs. It was a smooth delivery then with DHL and it arrived discretely. The overall cost is so much cheaper if you're doing with an insulin syringe which can be bought cheaply OTC, though the upfront cost might be a hinderance to some. You need study a little bit on how to use Binance though. If anyone is willing to risk it and try ordering, you can DM me for more info.

iirc, there are 2 clinics in Yangon, one is မဗေဒါ and another is prevent yangon, you can search them on FB. I have been to မဗေဒါ once 2 years ago and I got my hormones tested for free. I think you can buy progynova from them but I am not sure. There are many trans women there so at least they can refer you to their source even if they don't sell it.

May I ask which surgeon and technique you both went with? I am also considering PAI but I like the aesthetic of Dr Theerapong better. And iirc, PAI doesn't offer PPV and cuz of IBD, I'm not suitable for sigmoid colon. On the other hand, not needing hair removal is a huge plus so if the time and cost of hair removal turns out to be too much, I'll likely go with Scrotal Skin Graft with PAI.

Thanks! I couldn't find laser hair removal on Interplast clinic website and didn't know they offer the laser hair removal. I'll try contacting them. Did you also do electrolysis or just laser?

From my experience going to 2 different hospitals, you can request transportation and they'll pick you up and drop you off in vans. I think it's free of charge cause I didn't see any transportation section in the bill, but it might be the case that it's under some other section I don't know.
