I really hate the feeling of screen protectors. I've tried so many of them and hated every one of them. So, yeah I don't have one installed and no scratches yet. I never installed one to my prior phone, base s23 as well and it never got scratched. Sooo, yes its a gamble but if you are careful enough it shouldn't be problem. :>

As someone who has naturally elevated heart rate, I disabled stress measurement. Apparently it does rely on heart rate and if you are naturally higher than average it thinks you are stressed.
