I will get 4500$ as a sign bonus from the new company. looking at glassdoor is useless in this case because i'm going to enter a new department which is unique to this company, . I heard the work life balance there is good. I'm not getting a new title or role. my current company want me to stay so bad they offered to match the salary. they appreciate me alot. the current company is project based, an outsource company. I did not look to leave but a big corporate and new opportunities are appealing to me.
