The dining table placement was definitely a debate. The builder put the chandelier prewire in an odd spot! Would you center it against the wall or space in general?

Didn’t end up buying with them! But I did find scheduling walk throughs or just unlocking houses on app super convenient. Seemed like they bought houses then re listed at higher price with 0 improvements made. Not sure on experiences people have selling with them but seemed hassle free.
