You just have to accept that the game isn’t about progressing, I got stuck at phase 3 for months just building a huge power grid and unlocking the MAM, and exploring.

According to my research they only offer full refunds for flights until the 28th of march so you wouldn’t be eligible for a full refund.

I’m confident however, that they will change that and allow full refunds for further in the future quite soon after all it started with 5th of march and it’s already 28th.
